Does anyone know where I can go or what can I do to become an er rn consultant? I have my bsn, 4yrs working, now in the er.

Are you in the US? I have never heard of an ER Consultant. You'll need to provide more context clues if you want responses.

Yes, I am in the US. The consultants are groups that go to various EDs to improve their pt flow, efficiency, etc.
