Entering ABSN with GPA of...

I've looked at various nursing programs (ADN/ABSN/ELMSN), and have found that generally they will count units taken after your undergrad degree, so long as they led to a degree. Like yourself, I didn't do as well as I would've liked, as an undergrad (worked to much). But got my stuff together in grad school, and earned a better gpa.

Also, many programs just consider the last 60 units you've taken (as gpa units). Regardless of whether they were undergrad, grad, or just picking up the nursing pre-reqs.

So yes, they will consider your (much improved) grad school grades.

Usually, those programs require an essay. You should explain how your have matured and hence improved your grades. There are some schools that have so many applicants that they look only at the undergrad GPA. If it is below 3.0, they will not look at your other stellar scores or the last 30 units. They do that to weed out the masses. So I would advise you to do your homework and contact the various schools you're thinking of applying to.

CRNA programs are extremely competitive! They will look at your BSN grades and prereqs for the CRNA program (physics, stats, etc.) (So you would need to get a BSN/RN first, work for at least 2 years in a ICU setting and then you would qualfied to apply.) There are others who have gotten into a CRNA program with only 1 year in the ICU, but that's rare. Again, go to the websites and check out the school's requirements. Good luck!
