I've looked at various nursing programs (ADN/ABSN/ELMSN), and have found that generally they will count units taken after your undergrad degree, so long as they led to a degree. Like yourself, I didn't do as well as I would've liked, as an undergrad (worked to much). But got my stuff together in grad school, and earned a better gpa.
Also, many programs just consider the last 60 units you've taken (as gpa units). Regardless of whether they were undergrad, grad, or just picking up the nursing pre-reqs.
So yes, they will consider your (much improved) grad school grades.
