    i'm nonimmigrant here.I want to for LPN.but hospital has to sponser me to hire me.how is the situation regarding this ?

    You stated that you want to go for your LPN training. These programs are usually taught in community colleges here, or private schools. There are very few hospital-based programs any more. So you need to be accepted to the school and train under an F-1 visa. You will not be permitted to work in the US while under a student visa.

    Which country are you from? Then perhaps I can give you more specifics..
