Desperate for advice?

I have a B.S in Marketing/Finance from Marist College. I am 28 and have paid my school loans. I since have got married and now have a 2 year old and 8 month old. I am currently a stay at home mom. Having my children I discovered breastfeeding. I had this lactation consultant Susan at my hospital that was literally born to do her job. I have had such success because of her starting us off the right way. I got involved with LLLI and have volunteered and became a LLLI leader over the past two years. Mind You I would have never thought of myself before having kids as being a LLLI Leader and just so passionate about helping moms succeed at breastfeeding. So I want Susans job! I have started collecting hours towards IBLCE through conferences and LLLI, but to work in a hospital setting I need an RN lisc. I need to work in L&D? What is the best route for me? Second degree BSN, MSN, or just RN from a Community College? I of course am facing student loans and would need some sort of child care so an accelerated program is not feasible, and I just wouldn't want to spend that much time away from my babies. Any and all advice would be soooooo appreciated. Nic
