CRNA Shadowing in Nashville -

I am a nurse who lives in Nashville. The hospital I work at used to offer CRNA shadowing opportunities for its nurses but does not anymore. They seem to "discourage" it because they want to retain as many of their nurses as possible.

Does anyone know how I can figure out some shadowing opportunities in Nashville? Are there any CRNAs in Nashville who are interested in having a nurse with a year of critical care experience tag along for a day?
