I haven been on a CS ICU uint for 1 year we have VADs CVVHD IABP and ventilated pts in all of our beds. We are the dumping grounds for all the hospitals. I would love to get into transporting these pts i work with and not have to work with nurse mngrs and ****** tired nurses that cnat get off of there fat asses. What requirements would be for this kind of nursing
