I have a friend that works in a Home Health Agency.She is the RN Branch manger , The one in charge, This is really causing her stress.
The LVN and Secretary were friends and had a conflict over things in the office, The LVN is a very good nurse, But she is mouthy and blows up then gets over it, The secretary is a Stern person who carries a Grudge, The LVN not really in the wrong but wanting to keep peace tried to smooth things over, How ever the secretary refused, Causing a hostile atmosphere at work , any advise please help !!

I'm not knowledgeable about it but sounds like a conflict resolution class is needed. People leave or lose jobs over this type of situation. My opinion is that the RN should consider bringing the two together in her office and she serves as a mediator if she feels comfortable. If not, someone from human resources should do it. Jobs are too precious nowadays to keep drama going on in the office.
