Changing to Case Management

Wanting a change in my carrer as a nurse I have been at the bedside for 25 years now, I would like to try Case Management, while looking through the Case management site there are tons of registraions one may earn however, I don't seem to be able to get into the field.

There are many areas of case management. Do you want to stay in the hospital? There are also worker's comp and insurance CMs. Since you work in a hospital already (at least I assume so?) you might try shadowing a CM and see if you like it.

Thanks for your input traumaRUs, I had an interview Friday and now await the managers decision on whether or not I get the job. I am in a situation which I must get into an area where I do more sitting than walking; I have had foot problems all my life as I approach 50 they are getting worse.
