Cardiac Cath Lab Interview/Job

I am interviewing soon for a CL position. I have 10+ yrs of ICU exp but it was in a small hospitals where IABP and Swans were few and far between.. the majority of those pts were sent out to other facilities... I'm not sure I'm qualified for CL but I am burnt out on ICU and looking for something different but challenging... I've tried a few different things in the past couple of years but end up back in ICU because I feel comfortable there.. Any advice on cath lab, interview, or what to expect or beware of if I get hired? Tk you
