Hi, I've been on these boards for a while now, reading what others advice. But I'm stuck and can't decide what the best route is for me. I'm planning on going into nursing. I'm currently at a technical school. They have a nursing program but its 2 year and during the day. I have a full-time, day job so the program at my school doesn't work for me. I was thinking I could get my core classes at my current school and then transfer over to a university for the nursing program. I've read alot on here about people becoming a CNA, so they can get to work and then going into nursing. There is a CNA program at the tech school and they have night classes. Do you advice this for me? Are CNA programs typically hard to get into as well? I don't want to just be a CNA as I know there's not much money in it, and I want to do more. So, my goal is to become an RN. How should I go about this? Thanks.
