Canada Master Entry Programs vs US Programs

Hello and Thank you in advance for any help.
I have a MS in Sciences and are considering Nursing as a career. I am interested in 3 year programs refered to as Master Entry Program in Nursing (MEPN). Does anyone out there know if one can get a NP license in the US after having completed a MEPN in Canada ? Any comments in regards to MEPN programs in the US ? Thank you
