Burned out with Med/Surg!

I am so tired of running up and down the halls for 14 hours. Does anyone know the pros/cons of hospice? I am interested in hospice and that is what I originally wanted pursue when I went to nursing school.

Click on the specialty-nursing specialty tab and post in the hospice section. There you'll find a lot of active hospice members that can answer your question!
