Best online college for an RN looking to immediately start BSN/MSN?

by Loner81

Hello,

I am trying to immediately start a BSN program as I am finally ready to do so. Daily when I log into gmail, facebook, etc, I am bombarded with ads for furthering your career with an online degree from "say" college. I have started looking into them, but there are so many, and I am confused. I am working with University of Phoenix at the moment, but is this truly the best one? Does anyone know the best online college? I plan on getting my bachelors and then masters through this college and then transferring to a local university to become a NP. I don't want to get a degree and spend all of this time for my local university to tell me they will not accept that degree. I will also not require any extra classes other than the core RN to BSN classes as I spent several years taking the gen ed required for a bachelors degree.

Thanks,

Kerri
