Anyone work in NICU?

I'm a new grad from nursing school and am currently searching for a job. I am trying to find a specialty area, which at this point I think I would like anything besides m/s. There is a local hospital (well known) who is hiring in the NICU and no prior experience is needed.
Has/does anyone work(ed) in the NICU? If so what has your experience been? Good/bad? Too much for a new nurse? I would love any feedback! Thanks!
