by helpmepassNCLEX Sep 20, '12I finally passed my NCLEX and have begun the hunt for a new grad position, although I've been out of school over 2 years :/ I've been working as a PCA (patient care assistant) but my hospital hasn't confirmed that they are having a new grad program yet...
Anyone have any advice? I've read mixed reviews about a refresher course, any thoughts?
