Am I more likely to get accepted...

I start my ADN program in March, and plan on getting my Masters somewhere down the road. My plan is after getting my associates, try and get a job at a teaching hospital...finishing my BSN there, and I apply to their graduate program. I would have a better chance of getting into the schools' graduate program if I worked at the hospital and got my BSN from their too, right?
