Advice re: RNs working in insurance or legal firms

Hi. I am about to graduate and plan
to work med/surg for about 2 years.
My longrange plan is to work as an RN
for an attorney or for an insurance office.
Does anybody have any experience in
this type of work? How do you go about
finding these jobs? Thanks for your help.
