advice on finding speciality

by Maco

Hi....I'm currently a lpn and I'm in the transition program for my associates. I currently work on a medical floor and have been for 2yrs. Even though I like my job, I don't feel that the med floor is my passion. I'll be graduating in 3ths and I'm not sure what my "PASSION" is. I like the ER but I don't think I could deal with pediatrics coming in with trauma and abused. I also find icu interesting. I even thought about ob but everyone says that ob nurses loose all thier skills. The floor I'm on also gets peds in. I find myself also drawn to peds and feel alot of compassion for them.Ive never actually works in icu or er, so I don't really know what it is like...HELP!!!!!!!!!!!
