Adult NP to FNP??

I completed an adult NP program.......have the msn degree......certified thru ANCC.......but now i wish i had gone thru a family np program.
I am looking for a program that will be minimal time, investment, etc to complete what i need to sit for the FNP exam. I have found a few online programs for the course work, and then I need the additional clinical hours in peds.....

anyone ever do this? what would be the best route for me to get the fnp cert?
or should i look into PNP? I really want to be able to work in peds.
