    RCS = resident classification scale which is how the aged care homes and hostels get their funding from the government and is so much paperwork it is a nightmare......still only a few more shifts and it will be someone elses headache yipeee

    Hi everyone. I just wanted to introduce myself. I'm currently an American Nursing student doing an RN-MSN program in California. The reason I'm posting here is because my boyfriend, who happens to be Australian and resides in Melbourne, and I have been together for almost 3 years now and I am planning to move to Melbourne to do nursing after graduation in 2008

    I came across this discussion forum a few months ago and it seems to have lots of great information and resources. I look forward to learning more about Australian nursing and the process to apply/register in Australia as I complete my education here.
