I'll be working RNSH on some casual shifts in ED. I'll be honest I'm pretty nervous. I'm an ED nurse of 5 years from overseas (USA). I'd appreciate your thoughts/ideas/pointers a lot.

RNSH has a great reputation and is a major hospital that does pretty much everything! The ED is large and busy, so be prepared to be run off your feet! I have only done a few shifts there, and found it overall a positive experience. Good luck!
