Temp/Short-term Nursing in Australia

Hey everyone! I am just beginning the Visa/registration process and was hoping to get any feedback available regarding experiences others have had with nursing companies over there. Any of them really great or really bad? I am planning to travel from the USA for 6mos, probably beginning about 6 months from now, and would prefer to stay at the same job the entire time, hopefully full-time hours...is that possible? I am a pediatric BSN nurse with over 7 years experience...but if there's only adult jobs available I am willing if they are fine with my experience. I have also had a few years experience of travel nursing around the USA. Any feedback would be amazing, especially any with pediatric experiences! Thanks!
