    I'm currently confused about the experience most hospital or nursing homes required. Does RN experience from other countries count? Ofcourse, lets just I have an Australian Division 1 RN License already. Pls help me understand this "experience" definition. Thank you

    As long as you have been working at the same level your experience should definately count. I'm from the uk and they took all mine into consideration when started nursing in Australia.

    Overseas experience is definitely acceptable. I am aware that one of the nursing agencies Colbrow Healthcare take into account overseas experience. It might be worth a shot contacting them.
