Australia Job Application

Hi Ladies and Gents,

I am an RN from Canada. I worked 1 year in Canada and 1 year in Houston, Texas and I am in Australia now. My question..... I am doing a job application and one of the questions is Uses a problem-oriented approach to nursing practice

I am unfamiliar with "problem-oriented" I am not sure if this is an Australian thing or I just forgot from nursing school. Any insight would be GREATLY appreciated. I have to have this application in asap.
