We will not tolerate anyone insulting another member, starting a flame war, name calling, or trolling.
Please do not do this in 'fun'. People from around the world visit allnurses.com and English is a second language to them.
Use your manners and common sense when arguing your point of view. If you disagree with someone, do so gracefully.
We promote the idea of lively debate. This means you are free to disagree with anyone on any type of subject matter as long as your criticism is constructive and polite.

What is flaming?
Flaming is attacking or insulting a person who posts, rather than expressing your view about the post itself.
What is trolling?
Trolling is any post designed to evoke an emotional or flaming response instead of an informed, well-reasoned post. These posts are characterized by broad generalizations and personal accusations about specific people or groups of people rather than a well-reasoned assertion backed up with support.
