Universal Healthcare Bill passes legislature in Maine

Maine passes a single-payer study, through the house and senate. A similar bill was passed in California last year, AB480, after much lobbying and pressure from thousands of concerned citizens. Many other states are looking at similar bills to study how universal healthcare can be implemented in their states.
