Nurse Should Be Reinstated, Receive Back Pay, Judge Says

    We all have been following this case for some time. Glad to be updated. You know, I can't help wondering if at this point she does not have grounds for a civil suit of some sort.

    After going through that kind of he!! for the past 3 years, and with appeals looming on the horizon....i think she ought to go for a civil suit, if applicable.
