Is this the same Beverly Malone who cut and ran during the middle of her term as the president of ANA and then went to England to preside over the RCN, only to make enemies there?

Should we say shame on Dr. Malone for wanting to reach additional avenues of awareness for the Nursing profession and shame on her for feeling the need to return to the US to be closer to family?

NO! Shame on you PANurseRN1 for failing to see that there are decisions in life that must be made either for additional avenues for awarness or the need to be closer to family. Given the opportunity to do the same, I seriously doubt that you would not have made the same decision as she did.
