Help stop the removal of overtime pay


Hey everyone,
Here is a link that you can go to that will let you send a message to your senator telling him to help stop Bush from taking away overtime pay. PLEASE do this!!!

I get lots of things from them. THey are blatently anti-republican, well, specifically anti-bush, but I usually agree to what they are trying to do. I have already signed the petition.

I get mail on a regular basis regarding things like that. This morning I received that particular mailing, and immediately went to the site and placed my vote. I think it is a shame if this law isn't stopped.

There are millions of nurses in this country;we have a lot of power if we just take the time to speak up. When there are issues about mandatory overtime worked, how overtime is paid or whatever...speak up. Write the people who can make the changes ( no, not your boss) but people in the legislature, senate,& congress. Take the time to make the changes happen.
