While this was not at work, the most unforgettable costume I've seen was a man dressed as a used tampon. White foam, red spray paint, and a string.

That's just plain nasty.

Best costume I have ever seen was a friend of mine dressed herself as a cat and her boyfriend was the litterbox, litterbox was complete with litter and fake poop.
