Anyone else having issues with this new site. I just found that they listed my self report for August as non-compliant late when it was turned in on September 1st. That was well within the on time... Read More

    I think we all had a vacation the week of the change over and the week after. Seems like this week is roll call at the lab.
    Any one figured out how to order more COC forms.

    KEL, if you click on HELP DESK tab it will bring you to the screen to order more. I'm going to go ahead and do the same.

    I've been in almost two years coming up Oct 15th and I'm now on my 3rd CM starting this week. Apparently the first 2 "retired". And guess what I had the pleasure off talking to my new CM for the first time today as she informed me of my UDS result that came back with a "low creatinine level". I've taken prob 30+ UDS's and have never had an abnormal result and now when we switch to Affinity (along with new CM) I suddenly come up abn? Hummmmm...that's fishy. Now bc of this they can increase number of UDS I have to take and I was supposed to decrease next month!!!! Money money money. This is driving me crazy...

    Guy, that is so ridiculous. I am feeling like that is going to be the norm. What was your creat? Can we even see our results? My first test was on Wed. It is ALL about the money, it really makes me mad. I am in the same boat as you, on my 3rd case manager this week, she seemed not quite as nice as the other 2 over the phone. I do not believe she's a nurse, think she's a new grad LMSW. This sucks. I am supposed to be done next December and feel like it is never going to end.

    Is there a way for us to see our own test results in Affinity like there was in Recoverytrek?

    Yes, just looked at my results.Go to three bar icon in left corner, hit history, right hand will have drop screen of choices, hit test. Tested Monday option 1, results were in Thursday 9 AM.

    Ash2213: I think we may have the same new CM. I lost track of what number I'm on... 3, 4, who knows. It does make me a little nervous that she is only a LSW and not a nurse. I'm just hoping to have minimal contact at this point, get my crap done, and of course pay them lots of money.

    LOL. And of course..pay them lots of money..! This cracked me up and it is good to be able to see it for what it is along with most of you. It's a scam, basically we are being blackmailed! But, again, it's my fault cause I got myself in the position in the first place! Blasted relapses.
    Anyway, thanks for the laugh! And yes, we must have had the same first 2 CM as well, I liked both of them very much, prob because of the little amount of contact I had with them and they were both very nice over the phone and didn't make me feel like a total loser. Hope this one does not want to increase our communication. I am in no need of an eager beaver CM.
    Hang in there TX TPAPNers. We can do this.

    This really is nonsense! I tested exactly a week ago & it's still not showing. Grrrr

    I tested on Wed and do not have my results either, just FYI. I keep checking and stressing about it. But, I am glad you posted you're still waiting as well, I suppose it is just a slower process than RT. And...I was selected again today.
    Hang in there!

    Did you find where to get results, I got mine in three days.
  12. by   Ash2213
    compliance-->history-->tests-->all dates?

    Yep, when results are in it will just say positive or negative with COC number on right.
