    My main concern is what is going to happen to me at the eval for the voluntary recovery program? What can i expect? What kind of questions or things do they talk about? I can't imagine what would take up 1.5 hours?

    I would image that it would be an individual situation so no one can predict what will happen at the program. May not take the time you think but better to allocate too much rather than not enough.
