by melinmusiccity Jun 26, '12Hey all..So I have been in HPRP for over 2 yrs, thanks to my first case worker, my license had been suspended after she failed to inform the BON that I was compliant in the program. I was doing everything required of me and doing well, and she did not submit the paperwork required by the BON. As a result they thought I was being non compliant and suspended my license. (She is no longer working for HPRP.) There is nothing HPRP can do about this and now I have to face the Board tomorrow for a hearing. I am broke, haven't worked in three yrs. I can not afford a lawyer even with a payment plan. Also a single mom to 3 so all the money I DO get goes to them and of course HPRP. Has anyone ever went in front of their BON to try and get there license "un-suspended?" With or without a lawyer? If someone can tell me what to expect tomorrow that would be great. Thanks
