Hi there all!

The good news is that I have ONLY 8 WEEKS OF PROBATION LEFT IN OR! WOOHOO!!! I will then hold an unencumbered license in one state at least. The not so good news is that CA came after me for the same offense in OR (and my license had lapsed in CA), and gave me 3 more years of probation! I want to keep my options open and my I may choose to return to CA. I am afraid to voluntarily surrender in CA as I heard that they report voluntary surrenders (even after discovery is completed and one has been offered probation has been completed) to the federal lists, OIG and NPDB.

5 years of probation for 3 glasses of wine while on-call; no patient care done the night I was arrested; no DUI conviction 100% dismissed through a first offender program. That's the way to do it...punish and beat people until they are so down that they can't take it anymore.

But I am a survivor and a THRIVER!

So that said, DOES ANYONE KNOW OF ANY PROBATION FRIENDLY EMPLOYERS IN NORCAL? I prefer smaller communities, but will go anywhere. If so, PLEASE PRIVATE MESSAGE ME.
