Disclosing in several round interviews

Hey,

So, I have an interest in public health nursing. Those require several rounds of interviews and I think they are panel interviews. I know I have to disclose and don't have a problem with it. But, at what point do you do it? I mean, like if it is several rounds. Do you do it in the first interview or second, etc.?
