I'm just curious, has anyone found what the new options are? I think my last day in TPAPN has come and gone and nobody has called or released me yet. I got picked again for testing today. Yay.

Omg are you serious???!!! I have the last day of my 3 year contract set up on a counter (303 days and counting today), and have it marked on my calendar etc. It's a HUGE deal for me to finish this god awful 3 years, but if my 3 years came and went and it just continued.....I think I'd have a stroke!

Have you spoken to your case manager? Mine responds to my emails within the same day almost every time. I had planned to check with him at about 90 days left, just to make sure everything happens when it's supposed to. I mean, seriously?? Don't they realize some people make celebratory plans, parties, trips, etc and often with family and friends involved. I want that day that my contract is over to be THAT DAY, not just somewhere around that time frame!

Oh god, I'm stressed just thinking about this! I can't imagine what you are going through. Call your case manager now!!

I read through more comments on this forum. Several people said even with an end date and an exit letter in hand they had to continue check in until they were not able to check in anymore. I am going by the date that my CM called me last year to say I had been in TPAPN for 2 years and was on the step down program. I never got an actual date and have no idea where the copy of my signed contract is.

i have asked more than once exactly what my last day is and i have it marked. i will be watching them like a hawk so nothing strange happens like a mysterious "dilute" or "abnormal" happens in the time prior as it gets closer. i don't trust these people any further than I can kick them. There will be no "end of monitoring evaluation" or "we feel BS". It will be OVER! on that date. I have no problem playing the lawyer card again if need be!

Wherever you are working, didn't you have to give your manager a copy of the contract? You should be able to get from either them or HR.

Wow I just looked all over Affinity and can't find the signed documents either. Recoverytrek had them all online. I signed all mine electronically so I don't remember now if I kept paper copies. I'll have to go look in my files.

I am hoping to take a trip after I'm out (about a month later, so there's a little lee way but flights will have to be booked months ahead) and I also was hoping to celebrate with a glass or two of wine on the day my 3 years is up. I'm really annoyed now that the date isn't set in stone! To think that I've been counting down the days for 3 years only to find out the end date is just whenever someone gets around to completing some paperwork. They don't even care that they hold our lives in their hands!! I HATE this program, I feel trapped and imprisoned by it, I stress EVERY SINGLE MORNING when I wake up and worry that I've forgotten to check in. I want this over with on the very day I hit 3 years!!! Ugh, sounds like that won't happen.

I found my contract. It ended a week ago. I messaged my CM to make sure I didn't get forgotten.

Let us know what your case manager says!

A party at the end of this is most certainly called for!!!! It would certainly be nice to know an exact date

I heard back. Might as well plan on being in it an extra month or so.

Oh H to the no. I know my exact last day and my casemanager does too! All he has to do is inform Affinity with the stroke of a key on the keyboard. I would be so upset.

Yep!! I have a feeling that my program just might be a glad to see me go as i am to see them go. I am rather a thorn in their side with calling them out on crap. They way I see it, if i have to adhere to their stupid rules to a tee, well, so do they!!

That means when the day comes, it comes!!! it's here. Like when you get out of prison...yo' butt is out da door at 12:01 am.
