Volunteering

by psychpattylpn Premium Member

I noticed a thread asking about volunteer opportunities and thought some one may want a place to list or find places.

This one is for medical people; nurses, drs, cna, anyone willing to help in medical areas,i.e. special needs shelters during disasters, etc. There are a wide range of areas where interested people can help. I discovered it on the website where my Fl nursing license was, but it is nationwide as far as I know. If you sign up; they contact you if there's a need and you have the option of accepting or declining, with no ramifications. Strictly volunteer. Hope this helps someone.
