Frustrated

Hi everyone,I need some input on my situation.I recently had my license reinstated and am in a mandated recovery program.I have been thru IOP and after care.I have been out of nursing for about 5 yrs.Finding a job has been difficult and I am getting discouraged. If there are any nurse managers or HR people out there,please give me some pointers on how to get hired.I have been in recovery for 7 years .
