What I have learned from this Section in AllNurses

Hello everyone! I am seriously considering applying for a Staff Development Coordinator position. Resume is done and, I came here to AllNurses to get some real world info on the job. Copying and Pasting to a Word document I now have PAGES of great information I will print out and keep in a drawer of my desk if I get the position. Everything from training aides, ideas on making education fun, certification, great websites, "getting started", pitfalls to avoid...what a plethora of information!! Thank you to everyone who has posted to the Nurse Staff Development section. It has all been very valuable.
