Restraint education

Our organization has been looking for video's, etc. to use for staff education of restraint policy, procedure, and care of the patient and haven't found any.
I would like to receive feedback on what other organizations are doing to educate your staff regarding restraints. Thank you!

Default Re: Restraint education
We have a nurse discuss our facility policy. Then she gives a case scenario while the learners complete the required forms. This is followed by discussion and demonstration of how to apply restraints.
