Any ideas what a nurse recruiter (in a hospital) makes?

I am an RN with an associates degree and live in Texas.

No idea, but I guess it would be less than floor nurse if hourly. Depends on your local market and whether or not a license is required for the job. I have talked to recruiters who were HR people, not nurses.
