Feb 5 by classicdamestaff development is much broader than just orientation. Staff needs to be updated on new procedures, new medications, ethical situations, how to handle difficult people, leadership values, how to precept others--------- I think you need to narrow your focus to something that would be taught to a professional staff that would improve their scope of practice. -
