    Does anyone have a good medication test for nurses at your LTC facility? I need one to give all the nurses this year and our pharmacy only has one which most of them have already taken.

    you can purchase them for about $25 each from the Natl. League of Nursing. These tests have validity and realiability, which is required if the nurse's job status is based on the score. If you want a home grown one, I recommend looking at the patient orders and writing up questions that reflect actual practice.

    I use "nursetesting.com" they change the tests annually and I also can send out computer tests for OSHA annuals as well!
