Now I need to come up with a way to check their competency. I have developed a crossword puzzle that is in order with the stations so filling it in should not be difficult. Is this acceptable to TJC/CMS? Any help or website is greatly appreciated!! Thank you!

What does your assessment of educational needs tell you? What will be your objective? What do you intend to measure objectively - that alone will determine ways to measure. Technical skills are easiest with checklists, but there are other ways. Cognitive and Attitude competencies do not lend themselves to skills fair milieu. Consider getting a copy of Donna Wright's book on assessment in healthcare. Good luck. I know these things take a lot of plannning
