competencies

by kkdrn

I am looking at revamping competency program. We are a small 45 bed facility (acute care, ICU, ED, OR and Labor and delivery). We use a paper tool and will still be doing that, with the recession admin does not want to invest in costly computerized programs. Does anyone have any competencies they would like to share in any of these areas?

Thanks
