Hey guys I took haad last friday and sadly I didn't pass..Indeed the pointers that was posted here is included in the exam.Im just a bit frustrated because I was expecting that I would pass it since most of what I studied was included in the exam. Im just wondering if they have this percentile that one must meet in order to pass since they only gave us printed paper indicating if we passed or failed.Do you have any idea what's the passing score?I think I was in a state of shock then that I wasn't able to ask the one in charge..Oh dear!!Even up to now im still thinking where have I gone wrong.*sighs I've checked my reviewer (nclex review book) and most of my answers were right. Hello guys! I wanted to take HAAD within this month (fresh from my NCLEX). I'm still confused how can I register for the exam. Do I need to submit requirements just like the NCLEX in BON for me to be eligible? Or can I just immediately schedule an appointment in Pearson Vue? I already have an account in Pearsonvue but didn't make an appointment yet since I'm confused on the process.

Hello, I've been a lurker of this community for sometime and I'd like to say that this is a very informative site. I took the Haad Examination just yesterday and by Gods Grace I passed. Here is what i did from registration to examination.

I made an account at pearsonvue.com, scheduled an exam and paid via credit card. All you have to know is in the site. You can also contact them via telephone.

After scheduling, an e mail will be quickly sent to you for confirmation.

I went to the examination center an hour early. I brought along my passport and a valid ID. I was then given a bulleted list of rules etc. I was provided with a locker where I put all of my things except my passport. The exam was 150 items answerable in 180 minutes. I was also given a 10-minute procedure overview.

During the exam, I was provided, as all other takers are, with an on-screen calculator for computations. There is also an option to flag questions for review later. After the 180 item test, you can review all items, all unanswered and all flagged questions.

The results were right away available after the test.

if you already had an account in pearsonvue under nclex, you must register again under haad because it is a different licensing body. once you completed your registration, you can schedule your exam directly unlike nclex that you have to call for scheduling an exam. another difference from haad to nclex is that you can go back to the previous exam question or you can review all your answer if you finish your exam ahead of time. please be prepared in computation because in my case i encountered roughly 40% of 150 questions. if you passed the nclex exam, you have a good chance to pass the haad too. hope this helps..

hi ....am prepare my self to HAAD exam .

hello markgian: after having the result did they give you a certification or any document that serves as your proof that you took & passed the HAAD exam?

Is it true that if you pass the NCLEX-RN exam, you dont have to take the HAAD examination?
