    hi i was wondering if anyone who went to school in the philippines was able to take the nclex exam in Hawaii, i applied and havent heard anything yet. i originally took my exam in california but failed 3 times i tried to apply again and was denied, so now im trying in hawaii where ive heard its not as strict as california. can anyone give me some information on this topic thank you.
