requesting of transcripts from your schol. how long should it take?

HI all.. I am a nursing grad from the Philippines and I am currently now in CA. I was just wondering how long should a request for transcript to my school will take? I graduated from OLFU valenzuela.. So basically I'll be mailing out the forms directly to my school. I'm kind of thinking to have someone in the Phil do it for me though, like, I'll have someone go to my school so he/she can send the forms personally to the school but Im not really sure if thats possible.
