Questions on IHNA Skype interview

Hi guys, I was wondering if anyone of you applied in IHNA for Bridging Program for Nurses and already done the skype interview part. Im scheduled next week and told me to study med/surg book. I got my book with almost 2,000 pages and I just dont know where and how to start! Please help! Just a couple of topics just to guide me through... Thanks a lot mate!!!
