    Please help. BON charged my credit card for license reactivation last October 15 but my status online still shows as "lapsed." How long does it usually take to renew NM license? And is it expected of them to debit the amount without changing the status online immediately or 24H after?

    I cannot find any contact numbers or email adds in their new website.

    No one's answering their phone. My license will be 2 years expired this coming November

    They only work Monday thru Fridays 8-5 MST/MDT. And Boards are notorious for that (not answering phones). Just keep trying until you get someone. If you are anyway remotely close to their HQ at Albuquerque, by all means, go in person instead.

    Thank you for your comments Perioddrama, it is informative and somehow eased my worries last week. My license is already active.
